Information and Frequently Asked Questions

Refunds/Exchanges 

When purchasing from @semispoiled ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive your hoodie and it is damaged or the incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacemnt. When notifying please email us with your name on the order and order #. 

Contacting Semispoiled

When contacting semispoiled through DM or Email please allow 24-48 hours for a response! We try our best to respond with in the first 24 hours. 

Shipping

After placing your order please allow 3-5 business days for order to process. Once your order has been processed please allow 2-5 more days for it to be shipped. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a notification to your email/phone number. 

Shipping Notifications 

"Pre-shipment"- If you track your order through USPS/UPS and it says pre-shipment this means that your label has been created but it hasn't been scanned yet.

"Delivered" but you never received your package- Once your package has been delivered we have no control over the package. If you have further questions about the package we suggest to contact USPS or UPS. 

"In transit"- this means your order has been shipped and it should be delivered by the date provided by USPS/UPS.

Tracking

When tracking your package please contact USPS/UPS for additional information. Once your package leave our warehouse we can only track it by the Tracking # we provided in your "shipped" email. 

Package Returned to Original Sender 

This means that your package has been sent back to us due to an incorrect address! If this happens with your order please contact us with in 30 days or your order becomes null. 

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, UK and EU!!! When shipping international shipping prices are set to the amount that cost us to ship. Unfortunately we do not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. When it comes to customs the charges are different for every country and we do not control that price. We do our best to mark your order as a gift or low value so the charges are not too high.
