Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the destination, but typically ranges from 7–21 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will see the final shipping charges at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also track your order through your Semispoiled account.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship worldwide

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Orders placed from international locations may be subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Semispoiled is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or any other external factors.



Return & Exchange Policy

At Semispoiled, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items: All returns must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, packaging, and receipts included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like final sale or clearance items, gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more details.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@semispoiled.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item(s).

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the return process as described above. Once we’ve processed your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@semispoiled.com. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item and issuing a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.
